We are back working from The Coast to Coast Hauora Trust site at 72 School Road, Wellsford.
​Meetings can be on this site, your site, school and other sites or by Zoom or similar.

The Coast to  Coast Hauora Trust is registered NZ Charitable Trust 1422145, Charities Commission Reference COA22729.
The Trust was established in 2003 by Coast to Coast Health Care and Te Runanga o Ngati Whatua's Te Ha Oranga
​to retain and build holistic local community services relevant to community needs.

​Home Interaction Programme for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) supports parents of 3 – 4 year old children. HIPPY provides structure and training that helps parents teach their children the skills they need to make a successful start at school.

​This youth service provides therapeutic and wrap around support for young people in the wider Wellsford, Mangawhai and Kaiwaka area. Targeting ages 11-24, we provide one on one social work and therapy, family therapy, mediation and group facilitation, as well as youth led and focused activities, workshops, weekly youth groups and events.

Community Garden

The Community Garden is a space for growing food, building gardening skills, creating and nurturing gardening space and connecting with people.  Currently there is no funding for compost or on-site training - donations are welcome and volunteer support to keep developing this fabulous community resource are welcome. Heritage Rest Home

We are a small intimate boutique rest home with care-givers, nurses and general practitioners who care for our Older Persons in a homely friendly environment. We specialise in giving the Residents one on one care and treat them as family.
​We currently have Certification for four years.

OWL Community Hub

OWL is a community setting in Wellsford. It is available for community projects and initiatives.  It is in the main street of Rodney with access to passing traffic on Highway 1. 
Look on the window for information about Pilates, workshops, art initiatives, community market and other activities.

Community Networking Meetings are held each quarter, and the sharing across different agencies is always valuable and helps set the scene for us all to work well together around the whanau we support
